The management of the Journal
The Journal is headed by the Editor-in-Chief. The Editor-in-Chief has the privilege of the final decisions on the scientific and methodological questions as well as in the organization of the publication.
The International Advisory Board is a collegial management body, which determines the development of the overall strategy of the Journal, the editorial policy of the Journal, and provides the expert management.
The Editorial Board performs direct expert and methodological management of the Journal, determines its topics, the priority of the problems to focus on. The Editorial Board takes into account all the recommendations of the International Advisory Board. The Editorial Board maintains the cooperation between the authors of submitted materials and reviewers and provides the general operational management of the Journal.
When preparing special issues of the Journal, co-editors may be invited to cooperate.
The International Advisory Board and the Editorial Board are formed on the basis of voluntary participation.
International Advisory Board and the Editorial Board carry out all current activities by means of e-mail, online meetings, and other forms of meetings in person and/or ‘in absentia’.
